Tell me your vision. We'll discuss your desired destination, travel dates, budget, and unique preferences to create a vacation that’s perfect for you. We’ll also talk about the planning fee, which helps me deliver exceptional service and tailor-made itineraries.

Travel Proposal
I craft a custom proposal based on our discussions. This includes handpicked accommodations, exclusive tours, and unique experiences aligned with your wishes. We’ll review these together and make any necessary adjustments to ensure it’s just right.

Prepare For Your Journey
I’ll review travel documents, itineraries, and everything else you need for smooth travel.
As your travel dates approach, I keep you updated on any changes and provide you with all the essential details.

Research
Ready to move forward? Once the trip design fee is paid, I dive in to begin curating your travel. I handle the legwork. I begin my search to find places and things that are 100% tailored to your needs and desires.

Confirm & Reserve
Once you're happy with your proposal, submit your deposit (typically, 20% of trip cost) & I handle booking all the components of the trip. I'll make the reservations and coordinate the details of your journey.
